Latest Projects

Had a great last weekend, progressed on some old projects and worked on some new. From the Harvest of Strawberries this year (which Sierra and myself picked) I made my 2011 Strawberry Wine. The wine is still in its settling stage (for clarity) and needs to be transfered to a fresh carboy once every two weeks. and that exactly what I did!

As you can see we have a before and after transfer image.

Then it was time for my weekly fresh bread creations. This week I made 2 Whole Wheat loaves. One was plain and th eother has itailian Seasonings mixed in with it (thats the one with the crossmarks on it. They Didnt last the weekend ;)

I love it when a Plan comes together!
