Fresh Farm Rasied Free Roam Eggs

One of the kind women at my Wife's work has some egg laying chickens and asked if we wanted any eggs (heck ya!) All we have to do is provide a egg carton.
I gave my wife a carton I had just put in the pantry just for this reason.

I was able to pick them up from my wife workplace and man I was pleased!!

I am a big fan of anything home grown and organic.
It is a real treat to get these, turns out the donor of these eggs likes Whole Wheat Bread.....
Guess what I am going to make in the oven for her ;)

For those who have never tried home rasied eggs, you will be surprised on how vibrant yellow the yorks are and they have ALOT for flavor then the normal eggs you buy at market (except the organic eggs, those are pretty good)
