The recipe is pretty simple 1 part lemon juice to 2 parts Olive Oil. Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Dried Oregano and Basil.
First up we will juice the lemons into a measuring cup and remove any seeds that come out.
Pour the lemon juice into a bowl and add twice the olive oil as you have lemon juice.
Add a little salt and pepper to taste...
...and then add the clove of garlic and about the same of onion (minced up). Then add the orageno and basil.
Now mix it all together!
Pour dressing into your favorite container of choice ( I like canning jars, in this case a jelly jar)
and there you have it, Homemade Italian Dressing!! This dressing will last 90 days in the Fridge (not that you wont use it all before then ;) )
